Christmas Hot Chocolate Bomb Workshop
Join Emily, self taught chocolatier, for a festive, fun, and chocolate packed evening!
Learn how to use coloured cocoa butter to create Christmas, characters and fun designs on your chocolate.
You’ll be leaving with 3 hot chocolate bombs, filled with marshmallows, made and decorated by you as well as some tasty hand rolled truffles which you will decorate with a variety of toppings.
Please note that the fillings and chocolate tempering will be done for you in this particular class but you will be given all the information, tips and best videos to watch to recreate your chocolates at home. Milk chocolate will be used during this workshop.
The class will last approximately 2 hours, 7pm-9pm on Wednesday 18th December
The workshop will be held at The Squeeze, 96 Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 1AB
1 ticket needs to be purchased per person but they can all be added under 1 name if you are booking for a group!
